Well, obviously we design and make circuit boards that can be used with Raspberry Pi or micro:bit but lately we have also made boards that are more general purpose, as there are lots of other boards that people are using in their projects. Probably the best example of this is our Mosfetti board which seems to be turning out to be a very useful board indeed!

Our Mosfetti board has been used in robots bunnies to help attract pythons.

They have been used to prototype a system to eliminate single-use packaging for takeaway food & drink using a smart return bin that uses various sensors & actuators.

Sometimes we do more than just supply the boards and get involved in the actual design! Simon is currently working with an Australia agriculture company who have had the bright idea of using a more intelligent weed spraying system that only sprays weeds.

Old style CO2 sensor board

Its a while ago now but we also designed and made the CO2 sensor board for micro:bit that was used in the Living Space project. This board has now been discontinued and replaced by two new boards - CO2 Dock for micro:bit and the CO2 mini kit for micro:bit.

Speaker for micro:bit

Our speaker was used in a project with OpenUK that gave away over 3500 project kits. And last but not least, there’s our relay board for micro:bit has been used by someone who makes magician’s props although obviously can’t tell you anything more! ;-)

Relay for micro:bit

That’s the beauty of a lifestyle business as it allows you to look at all sorts of things just because they look interesting. Inspired? So what’s your next project?
